General entry rules:

You may enter up to 3 different categories, each entry must be submitted separately.

All entries must be submitted online via the NNBN website.

The competition is open to all businesses, charities and organisations within Northamptonshire. (See a full list here)

A sponsor cannot enter an award in the category that they are sponsoring.

The comments made on your application form should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

All finalists will be required to attend the Awards ceremony evening at their own cost. You must purchase a minimum of 2 tickets. 

The cost of tickets are £95 each.

You agree to send a representative if you cannot attend. Under exceptional circumstances we can assess individual cases.

If, after all finalists have purchased their 2 allocated tickets for the Awards night, there are tickets left over, finalists have the opportunity to purchase more tickets when they are released on general sale.

The NNBN Awards admin team reserve the right to refuse an application.

The NNBN Awards admin team reserve the right to move your application to another category.

Entrants must be available for consultation with the NNBN Awards admin team should the need arise.

By entering the awards you agree to partake in publicity of the awards, including the use of any images and video taken on the evening.

Should a category not receive sufficient entries, it will be withdrawn from the Awards Ceremony.

Entry is completed solely on your application form  which will then be judged by our panel of independent judges.

Closing date for entries is 30th June 12 Midday.

We reserve the right to extend the deadline.

The NNBN Awards Ceremony takes place on Friday 10th October 2025.

Refund policy – 50% of ticket cost will be refunded 30 days before the event, thereafter no refund can be made.

By entering the awards, you authorise us to use personal data collected during the registration process for the purposes of administering the awards. How the judging process will work?:

• The awards will open to enter 1st May 2025.
• All entries will need to complete the questionnaire through the website and submit evidence required.
• Our Judges will score elements of each entry with a scoring system between 1-10.
• Each element score will be added together.
• In August, all finalists will be announced and tickets will go on sale for the awards night.
• Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.
